Hello, my name is Josh and I am starting a new chapter.
I've spent my career in restaurants. Not thinking about it, not advising from a distance — actually operating and eventually opening them. Hiring the teams, building the systems, writing the training, and standing on the floor when the doors open for the first time.
I've done this across New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Miami, Nashville and beyond, for one of the most respected multi-concept restaurant groups in the country.
What I do now is what I've always done, just for more people.
I help restaurants translate their story into action — and their action back into story. The branding becomes the training. The training becomes the service. The service becomes the feeling a guest walks away with. And that feeling becomes the legacy.
The critical paths, the labor models, the pre-opening budgets, the training manuals — I build all of it. But I build it in service of something specific: the version of your restaurant that actually feels like what you meant it to be.
